A: I'll need a time place and date for the date of course- and , and If we are meeting at your hotel, I'll need the name of the hotel the name the room is booked under, and of course the room number (as soon as you have it) . I’m sorry I can't meet you in the hotel bar, as I need to confirm your room number. For dates at your home I'll need your name, full postal address with postcode for my SatNav and a landline telephone number. (this will not be used without your express permission.)
I appreciate plans alter and issues arise. If, for any reason you can't keep our date, please let me know as soon as you can. Don't feel you have to call and explain if you don't wish to, just text me or a quick email as soon as you know we can't meet.
I can understand a cancelling a date, but not letting me know, and in good time would mean the end of any possibility of meeting in the future.
A: Its very unlikely I couldn't make out date! but if needed , I would contact you discreetly by text message.
