After spending quite some time looking at escort websites on the internet and discovering a link to Alexandra Court hotel, Mr Slinger stated. "Ill be informing my friend who is the GM of cranage hall too!
Therefore all images of Carnage Hall whether copyright or not have also been removed from this website and have been replaced with factual reviews from an independent travel website.
I retain the right to link from my website to any legal website I wish.
I'd like to take this opportunity to thank Mark for alerting me to the situation and giving me the motivation to actually check the reviews of these hotels, and thus prompt me, after reading the poor reviews to protect my clientelle by confirming my own suspicions that the Alexandra Court hotel falls far below my own stringent business standards. I have stayed at the hotel and thought it smelt of Mushrooms. Enough said.
I do not recommend these hotels for any purpose.
The historic Cranage Hall is in the Cheshire not far from Manchester . The service is described as on the respected travel website " Tripadvisor" as
"Habitually letting people down since 1884" Si72Manchester
The review goes on to say.....
"I can't write a full review as I wasn't able to stay there due to a "technical error with the booking system" that meant that an entire wedding party had their rooms cancelled with just a weeks notice!
Looking at some of the other entries on Trip Advisor I can only assume that this is how Cranage hall likes to operate. Either they aren't learning from their mistakes or they have some other reason to turf people out at short notice that makes business sense. Either way I would strongly recomend not using this establishment for an event or even a quick overnight stay. If you do, make sure you pack a tent and a stove!"

My wife and I were due to stay here (Carnage hall) as part of a wedding group. It was booked months ago. The hotel rang the bridge a few weeks ago to confirm the guest list that were staying - everything was fine. Then, 1 week before the wedding they rang and said they had double booked two whole wedding parties, and the bride and groom all all other guests would all have to move hotels. We had to stay in a far inferior 3 star hotel. I'm sorry but double booking 20 -30 rooms doesn't happen accidentally.
Reading the reviews we're just fortunate we had 1 weeks notice as this seems to be something they do regularly. My advice - if they can overbook 20 -30 rooms, they can certainly overbook a single room too - avoid at all costs.

This hotel is described on the"Tripadvisor " website as a disappointing experience. Margaret from the midlands describes it thus...........
"a group of us booked this hotel to celebrate the 60th birthday of our family member. 6 of the group of 9 were residents staying the night. we finished dinner about half past eleven,we then went to the bar for a family get together . we could only have one drink at the bar because it was closed by a very unsociable member of staff at 12, which was very disappointing because the family had not been together for 4 years and we had been looking forward to it for several months. the breakfast menu was either full english or continental, however on ordering a continental we were told continental breakfast was not available because their supplier had not delivered. we found the staff extremely unhelpful and unfriendly and were left very disappointed by our experience."
I have visited this hotel several times with work, and have to agree. I found the service is very unfriendly and the staff disinterested. The room I stayed in smelt of stale tobacco and in my opinion could be described as Tatty.
I now avoid it and prefer some of more friendly classier hotels in the area. I will avoid this hotel at all costs.
